Ahmad Sheer (b. 1978, Aleppo, Syria)

Aleppo University, Bachelor of Arabic literature

I studied fine arts for two years at Tishreen Hall of Fine Arts in Aleppo 2003-2004

I’ve moved to Belgium in autumn 2015, and now I’m based in Antwerp.

In 2016 April I’ve started working on the project “Syrian contemporary Icons” after studying the byzantine icons in Aleppo.
